American Skylight Yacht Binnacle on Pedestal

Solid brass skylight yacht binnacle on brass pedestal meticulously polished and lacquered. A six-sided glass skylight protects the gimballed compass from weather. The compass is by Wilcox Crittenden of Middleton Connecticut. The interior has been fitted with warm lighting. Mounted to a thick mahogany base with rich dark finish. Superb early Twentieth century yachting relic.
