Giant ships inclinometer with heavy brass pendulum, large bulb with pointer and a broad brass scale across the bottom. The scale measures to a pitch of thirty degrees. The brasses are mounted to a teak backboard. This is a substantial piece at 30' wide by 29" tall. From a 1950's ocean liner.
