Nautical Signal Flag in Frame

Framed maritime signal flag representing the letter “C” in the international code of signals.  This cotton signal pennant is made of individual stitched panels of red, white and blue with a strong canvas hoist band and original rope with wood toggle. Mounted into a custom recessed shadowbox frame to accommodate the rope and toggle. “C”, “CHARLIE” is also used to signal “Yes”, “Affirmative” and change of course.
