Pair of Solid Brass Port and Starboard Ship’s Lanterns

Fabulous pair of ship’s lanterns with cut glass Fresnel lenses. One is a deep ruby lens, the other a rich blue. The port lantern has a brass badge reading port classes II & III, the starboard also. The doors are engraved with maker’s name National Marine Lamp Corporation, New York. With vented chimneys, hoop handles. Meticulously polished and lacquered. Wired for home use. Great nautical relics.
