National Marine Lamp Company 1912-1932

The National Marine Lamp Company of Forestville, Connecticut and New York city, incorporated in 1912 with Frederick Persky of Perkins Marine as president. The company manufactured lamps, lanterns, brass, aluminum, steel and galvanized iron and played an integral role in shipbuilding during the first World War. In the early 1920s, "Excellight" became a subsidiary of the company and by 1932, the company had folded entirely.
