19th Century Ship's Wheel Fitted with a Clock

2/3 section of an antique ship's wheel with a ship's clock attached to the hub. This wall decoration shows 5 turned spokes and brass bound hub, many pieces of inlay brass and a ship's clock by Smiths of England. The clock is missing its glass. Working condition unknown.
