Fabulous group of three original black and white photos showing Harold Vanderbilts 1934 America's Cup Yacht Rainbow. One shows the crew on deck. Crew includes Herman Wegge, Charles Lunde, Emil Sorensen, Harry Klefoe Jr, Valentine Koppel, Tom Thompson, and more. The second photo shows Rainbow with spinnaker set pasing by Corsair. The third has rainbow coming bow on. All are dated 1934. These are credit original press photos documenting yachting history. The races took place off of Newport Rhode Island.
