Nautical Signal Pennant for Numeral "NINE" in Frame

Genuine international maritime signal flag in a custom shadowbox frame. The cotton flag represents numeral "9". The pennant has a white canvas hoist with a sisal rope and wood toggle. An attached maker's label from "Annin", the nation's oldest flag company, known for very high quality. The field of the flag is weathered in colors of black, red, yellow and white.
