Solid Brass Antique Ship Wheel Cigar Cutter

Nautical cigar cutter with a hole and cutting blade in the column. When the wheel is turned, the blade is engaged to cut the tip off the cigar. This cutter has been meticulously polished and lacquered. The column collects the tips, and the bottom of the column has a sliding disposal door.
