Authentic solid brass ship's cabin lantern from the venerable English firm Bulpitt

Authentic solid brass ship's cabin lantern from the venerable English firm Bulpitt. The burner is dated 1912 with the name engraved onto the chimney, Bulpitt, Birmingham. This ship's lantern is the same as was used on the Titanic and other grand liners of the early twentieth century. It has been wired for home use. Mounted to a thick mahogany base. With porcelain, reflector, carry handle, hinged door, three glass panes and vented chimney. Made in England. Weight is 16 pounds. Height is 18 by 13 by 8 inches.
