Framed maritime signal flag representing the letter “S”, “SIERRA” in the international code of signals.  This authentic pennant is made of individual panels of white and blue. Fitted to a heavy canvas hoist band with cord and wood toggle. This nautical relic is mounted into a custom shadowbox frame to accommodate the rope and toggle.
